Informal, non-formal and formal learning/education

I would like to start the first discussion about the topics what we plan to do in the training. We plan this program as an active process with deep involvement of the participants. Our aim is to discuss the topics and help other trainers with our experiences and work out some useful and handy materials what follow the trends of this age and the rhythm of these days.

The first topic that I would like to introduce is the question of  informal, non-formal and formal learning/education. What does it is mean to you? How do you understand it/use it in your life, in your profession, in your training and educational activities? What is the best, what is useless and what are your personal experiences? In your culture, country, educational system how do they use those ones?
